Splendid Fish Studio Order Information

What You Really Need To Know Before You Order

I am no longer selling any art or Jewelry through my personal web site. All sales are now made only through my shop on Etsy (www.splendidfish.etsy.com). I thought long and hard before I decided to make the shift, and I am certain that this will end up being best for both my customers and myself.

This adjustment will allow me to better serve my customers by showing only those items which are actually ready for shipping, thus avoiding disappointment. I will also be able to accept payment via PayPal and credit cards, making it much easier for my international customers.

For those of you who have never been to Etsy, the concept behind it all is as simple as it is remarkable. Using the power of the internet to bring diverse people together, the people behind Etsy have built a community of artisans and craftspersons that would have left William Morris and John Ruskin going gaga.

Etsy is powered by individual craftspersons who use Etsy as a venue to display and sell the things they have made, and by individuals, such as yourself, who recognize not only the qualitative difference between hand work and mass produced pieces, but the quantitative difference as well.

The people who have made Etsy the powerful force for hand production by both buying and selling there deserve the applause of all humanity.

If you haven't been to Etsy yet, I recommend you check it out. You won't be disappointed. you can get to the main Etsy page by following this link:

www.etsy.com

And you can visit my own Etsy shop by following this link:

www.splendidfish.etsy.com

I am certain you'll like what you see in both places!

Thanks!

P.S. - if you see something that is shown on my web pages here but not on my Etsy page, please drop me a line. I'll see about getting it on Etsy as soon as possible, and let you know when it's up.

It's going to take me a while to complete the transition...
